- Q: What is the delivery time & shipping time?
- A: The device will be sent in 1-2 days after receiving your order. DHL will take 7-10 days and free shipping will 21-25 days.
- Q: How do I turn on my Key Finder?
- A: Press the button once to turn it on, and a bell will sound to confirm activation.
- Q: Why can’t l connect to my Key Finder?
- A: Check if the mobile phone has network availability and place it in a good network environment.
The device may be bound to another iPhone. You are advised to cancel the original binding.
- Q: Does the device automatically shut down if it fails to connect?
- A: If the devivce isn’t paired successfully, it will shut down within 10 minutes, and you’ll hear a “beep” sound.
- Q: Why isn’t the device data updating?
- A: a) The device battery is low.
b) There may be no other iPhones nearby, so the location can’t be reported.
- Q: What’s the backup battery specification?
- A: CR2032
- Q: How do I replace the backup battery?
- A: Carefully rotate the opening tool up or down about 90 degrees, open the case using the small gap on the side of the device. Remove the battery from the motherboard and replace it with a new CR2032 3V battery (text facing up). Carefully close the cover.
