- A: The Priority Shipping will take 7-10 days and Free shipping will 15-20 days.

- A: Due to network frequency band limitations, the device currently supports Europe, Africa, and Asia only. All other regions are unavailable.
- Can I integrate the device with a third-party server?
- A: No, due to some special features, the device can only be used with our tracking platform and cannot be integrated with other tracking platforms. Additionally, our server is free for life.
- Q: Does the item include a SIM card and tracking platform service?
- A: If you don’t need ”Remote Voice Monitoring” and can choose our SIM Card Plan, we will send you the device with a Mictrack IoT SIM Card. Alternatively, we suggest you purchase a 4G SIM card that supports voice from your local provider.
- Q: How do I config the device for first-time use?
- A: If you choose our SIM card, just power on the device when you get it, and it will automatically connect to our server. If you order the SIM card locally, you just need to set up the APN via SMS command, and the device will connect to the server.
